A Belief is a thought that you keep thinking repeatedly. Your beliefs become your reality. Your beliefs create your situations and circumstances. The intensity of a belief is extremely important. For example, if you believe that the people in your life are well meaning, and will treat you kindly, they will. And, if on the other hand you believe that the world is against you, then it will be so in your experience. If you believe that you will begin to deteriorate at 22, then so you shall. And, if you believe that you are poor, and always will be, then your experiences will prove so to you. Your beliefs greet you in the face when you look at the mirror.

 

Examples of a few limited beliefs are….

Life is full of misery
I am not good enough to attract more money into my life
I am unlovable
I am unworthy etc…

Your beliefs form your image. You cannot escape from your beliefs. They are, however, the means through which you create your experience. You create your own reality every moment, whether you are conscious of it or not. If you are not conscious, you create it out of habit and existing old patterns. You find yourself continuing to act out these patterns because a part of you is still holding on to the familiar behaviour, even though you may recognize its limitations and notice that it doesn’t really work for you. It is important here to realize that you are not at the mercy of the unexplainable, that you are not at the mercy of the events over which you have no control, whether those events are psychological or physical in nature.

This workshop will guide you to connect to the very centre of your being and tap into the power of your foundational beliefs. By bringing hidden beliefs into the light of your awareness, you will transform your old, self-sabotaging beliefs into powerful allies for your personal growth and transformation.
